Career Pathways Partnership
Connect with employers and educators to build job awareness, introduce skill requirements, find mentorship and employment.
Career Pathway Fair
During this half-day event, 8th graders are introduced to high school career and technical education courses, relevant high school clubs and employers.
Work Ethic Distinction
Graduates can show this distinction to participating employers across the state of Tennessee and automatically receive an interview as long as they meet relevant job requirements.
College and Career Planning Night
This event is aimed at high school juniors and seniors planning their next steps after graduation. However, students of all grade levels can attend to learn about opportunities for higher education, military, trade school and employment.
Youth Leadership Rutherford
A personal development program for high school seniors designed to educate and enhance leadership skills while promoting community awareness. Applications open in the spring of the junior year.
Rutherford County Work Ethic Distinction
In today's competitive world, it's never too early to start building professional skills. Rutherford County Work Ethic Distinction is a professional development program for 8th grade students designed to give them a head start in developing crucial workplace skills.
